Laughing Belly Productions is a family-run business based on Vancouver Island. The Vancouver Island Baby Fair is the largest event on Vancouver Island dedicated to expectant & new parents, their babies, young children and the families and friends that love them. Providing an unparalleled marketing opportunity for businesses and organizations geared to pregnancy through preschool, we aim to create a fun, educational and family-friendly experience. We are committed to supporting local community initiatives at each event.
Shirley Broback is a proud mom of two little ones and the Producer of the Vancouver Island Baby Fair. With a background in event planning, marketing, sales & management, as well as the perinatal field, Shirley combined her passion, experience and skills together to create the Vancouver Island Baby Fair.
Mike Lowe is the Co-producer of the Vancouver Island Baby Fair. His background in broadcast media, communications, event planning and management makes him the ideal candidate to assist Shirley. (Plus, he happens to be her wonderful husband & Dad to their two great kids!)
