Congratulations to the winners of the 2008 Vancouver Island Baby Fair Photo Contest! Participants made a $10 donation to have their photos snapped by Prairie Child Photography in our on-site photo studio at the Vancouver Island Baby Fair, September 27 & 28, 2008.
Over $2000 was raised to support Success By 6, a member agency of the United Way that supports communities and organizations working together to increase early childhood development opportunities across all socioeconomic boundries. Thank you to all who helped support this great organization.
Our first place winner in the 0-24 month category will appear on the cover of an issue of Island Parent Magazine in the coming year, and become the face of the next Vancouver Island Baby Fair in Victoria!

Our photographer for the 2008 Photo Contest is Erin Brule of Prairie Child Photography. Erin specializes in unique and playful child and family portraits. Her goal is to capture the sparkle (and sometimes the mischief!) in the eyes of your child. The love in a mother's smile. The pride in a father's gaze. The result- photos moms (& dads) love!
